All orders are placed through our online ordering system.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order, including your name, contact details, and delivery address.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to reject orders with prior communication to the customer.
Payment can be made through our website using a credit or debit card. All major card accepted including Amex.
Invoicing accounts can be opened on request and subject to credit checks. Please contact us for more information. Terms are strictly 30 day.
Franks Express Catering Ltd will deliver orders on the agreed date and time. Any changes to the delivery schedule must be communicated to the customer in advance.
Franks Express Catering Ltd may charge a delivery fee based on the distance of the delivery location and the size of the order. The delivery fee will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of ordering.
Franks Express Catering Ltd will make every effort to deliver orders within the specified time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may cause delays. Franks Express Catering Ltd will not be held liable for any late deliveries caused by such circumstances.
IThe customer must provide accurate delivery instructions, including the delivery address, contact person, and any specific instructions for finding the location or delivering the order. Any errors or omissions in the delivery instructions may result in delayed or failed delivery. Failed deliveries will be charged in full.
Delivery Issues Caused by Customer:
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, Franks Express Catering Ltd may leave the order with a neighbour, building manager, or security guard, the order cannot be returned to the kitchen for redelivery at a later time. If we are unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable or has given incorrect delivery instructions, we will attempt to contact the customer to find a solution. If no solution is found the order will be fully charged even if not delivered. Franks Express Catering Ltd will not be held liable for any lost or stolen orders once they have been delivered according to the customer's instructions.
Any complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the order must be reported to Franks Express Catering Ltd immediately. Please take photos and keep the items as we may need to collect to investigate further. Franks Express Catering Ltd will investigate and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
By placing an order with Franks Express Catering Ltd, the customer agrees to these delivery policies.
In the unlikely case of a delivery delay or cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Franks Express Catering Ltd deliver on fully recyclable / disposable platters. We do not provide collections.
Certain items stipulated online do require collection and will incur a collection charge. This will be clearly stated online at the point of order. We endeavour to collect all collectable items the following working day after delivery. If the customer does not have the items ready for collection further fees may be incurred or the replacement of the items charged in full.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Orders may be cancelled through your online account up to midnight the day before delivery unless your order contains products which require more notice. This will be stated at the point of order.
Any orders cancelled on the day of delivery will be charged in full.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used and may take up to 7 business days to process.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
Due to daily fluctuations in market prices, we reserve the right to update our online prices without notification. We will honour prices for orders placed before the price update. VAT, where applicable will be clearly stated on your bill.
Products will be delivered as described online. In rare circumstances we may need to substitute an ingredient or items. Frank's Express reserve the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason.
Food Safety and Allergies:
We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable regulations and guidelines.
If you have any food allergies, please inform us before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that our food will be free of allergens, cross-contamination or any other food safety issue.
All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and images, are the property of Franks Express Catering Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not use our content without our permission.

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of our service or the consumption of our food.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the consumption of our food.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates.
